Why should I take this course?

Are the programs accredited for continuous professional development (CPD) or continuing medical education (CME)?

Our courses have been developed and are delivered by Talisium's global network of content providers including universities and various professional bodies whose work underpins CPD for healthcare professionals.

Competently convert between units of measurement including concentrations

Accurately calculate the dose of medications when presented in a ratio or percent solution

Calculate with fluency how to prepare the required dose for infusion, with consideration of patient weight and displacement value where indicated

Accurately calculate infusion rates when delivered via gravity or by infusion device

Calculate both an infusion rate and a dosage when administering weight based medication dosage
